It feels like each year gets better and better. It has been quite an adventure so far and
we look forward to as many more years together as possible!
We celebrated with dinner at
Cannonball, a new restaurant that opened up a couple months ago. It was fun with just the two of
us and the food was delicious! So good that
we would come back for the biscuits alone.
flaky buttermilk biscuits; honey butter.
yellowfin tuna tartare; yuzu ponzu, togarashi, scallion.
white shrimp from the griddle; aïoli.
roasted carrots; ceci, dandelion greens, cumin vinaigrette, aïoli.
olive oil cake; wildflower honey syrup, crème fraîche.
We also enjoyed some drinks from
torotea.
Osmanthus citrus refresher; light lemonade with osmanthus and citrus.
Cassia milk tea; malty with brown sugar tapiochi.
oojicha einspanner; oolong tea roasted and milled with salted himalayan house cloud top and chocolate.
