We made coleslaw again! It was refreshing and delicious. ♥

coleslaw; cabbage, ½ red cabbage, carrot, mayonnaise, lemon juice, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper.


We cut the cabbage and carrot with a mandolin set at ⅟₁₆ of an inch, followed up with hand cut pieces for the ends. Thin cut coleslaw is amazing!


For the dressing, we mixed 1 cup mayonnaise, 4 tablespoons sugar, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.



It was the perfect side dish to pack in the bento box!
