This morning, we went to the Los Angeles Zoo two hours before opening to go on a member botanical walk. It was very cold, but we had fun exploring and learning about the Jurassic plants at the zoo. It was basically a private docent-led botanical walk since each docent took one party. Our lovely docent loved animals, so we also had a mini tour to see the giant otters, jaguar, black howler monkeys, and poison frogs!
