One of the things we enjoy about marriage is being able to cook dinner together every night. It is fun experimenting in the kitchen and working together. We picked up pork chops at the market and decided to make rosemary pork chops for dinner tonight.

rosemary pork chops; pork chops, red and yellow potatoes, rosemary, butter, olive oil, salt, pepper.

First, we preheated the oven to 375 degrees. Then we melted the butter and mixed it together with minced rosemary,

and season the pork chops with salt and pepper.

We heated up oil on our Le Creuset skillet and seared the pork chops with butter until golden brown.

Then we threw the skillet in the oven for another fifteen minutes.

We also added some red and yellow potatoes to cook with the pork chops.

Here's how it came out in the end! We are looking forward to many more food adventures!
