
sangchu geotjeori; green and red leaf lettuce, 3 cloves of garlic (minced), 2 green onions (chopped), ¼ onion (thinly sliced), 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons white vinegar, 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil, 2 tablespoons gochugaru, 2 teaspoons sugar, 2 teaspoons fish sauce.

Just mix all the ingredients together and toss it with the lettuce! The great thing about this recipe is that all the measurements can be adjusted to taste.
