This is our new go-to salmon recipe-- which was originally an airfyer salmon skewer recipe, but we just make it in our new oven since we haven't had a proper oven in over two years! We love the simplicity of the recipe though as it's equal parts of everything, ten minutes to marinate, and even less time to cook at 425º.
soy sauce salmon; salmon, ½ tablespoon soy sauce, ½ tablespoon sesame oil, ½ tablespoon honey, 1 clove of garlic, green onions, tomatoes.

Every time we've made the recipe above, the girls have been asking for salmon sashimi. So we picked up some sashimi for them to enjoy. Lucky girls, it looked so good! ♥
sashimi; salmon, hamachi.

assorted rolls; california rolls, unagi rolls, salmon rolls and seaweed.

For our friend's birthday, we all celebrated with desserts from 85ºC.
egg tarts and mochi egg tarts; creamy egg custard filling baked in a buttery, flaky crust.
strawberry danishes; a flaky puff pastry with strawberry filling, topped with cream and a strawbeerry slice.
mango creme brulee cake; vanilla chiffon cake layered with mango mousse and vanilla creme brulee.

We also tried baking chicken a couple times, a much neglected protein in our recipes. Also, our simple cucumber salad is a hit in our household. There's never any leftovers! It's all to taste, so add a splash here and there until it tastes just right.
spinach salad; spinach, tomatoe and cucumber salad; persian cucumbers, soy sauce, vinegar, salt.
lemon and garlic baked chicken; bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs, lemon, garlic, honey, olive oil, salt, black pepper.
