One of
us likes cookbooks and one of
us does not. But here's to trying new things! Here was
our attempt at making two dishes from the
Milk Street 365 Cookbook with limited ingredients as there was no time to swing by the market. Also,
we're somehow missing black pepper!
smashed cucumber salad with cashew nuts and scallions; persian cucumbers, cashew nuts, scallions, garlic, lime juice, sugar, salt.
broiled lemon-garlic salmon with spinach; salmon, spinach, avocado, lemon, garlic, oregano, honey, olive oil, salt.
