We celebrated with dinner at Sushi Enya. It was such a lovely evening and the food was delicious!

mozuku seaweed; cucumber, japanese vinaigrette, ponzu sauce and tofu; edible flower.

suzuki; mediterranean sea bass.

kinme-dai; seared golden-eye snapper, house made soy sauce, yuzu.


itoyori; golden threadfin sea bream, edible flower.

kamasu; seared japanese baracuda; green onions.

hot chawanmushi; japanese steamed egg custard, hokkaido uni, ikura, grated fresh truffle.

ama-ebi; japanese sweet shrimp, lemon, shrimp roe.

gindara; black cod, house made miso, walnut with shiso leaf.

nodoguro; seared rosy sea bass or blackthroat sea perch, grated japanese radish.


hirame; halibut, grated fresh truffle from italy, sea salt, lime zest.

blue fin tuna; hokkaido uni, shiso leaf.

chu-toro; medium loin of blue-fin tuna, house made soy sauce.

o-toro; seared center loin of blue-fin tuna, chopped toro, caviar, gold leaf, house made soy sauce.

japanese wagyu; seared premium A-5 grade beef from japan, eringi mushroom, house made soy sauce, seaweed, edible flower.

enya signature hand roll; seared scallop, chopped toro, sea urchin uni, fresh grated truffle with seaweed.


ube panna cotta; blueberry, cream, mint.

At the end of the night, we were gifted a bottle of sake to enjoy at home! It was a nice way to end a lovely night.
