We celebrated with a delicious meal at Kogane. It was really fun to go out and enjoy some exceptional sushi. Now we just need to go back for their dinner omakase.

kasugo dai; baby snapper, baby sweet shrimp from Canada, and kamasu; barracuda.

miso soup; with shrimp head.

nodoguro; blackthroat seaperch and uni; from Santa Barbara.

toro hand roll.

anago; sea eel.

tamago; egg wrapped around sushi rice.
