classic burger; brioche hamburger buns, ground beef patties, mozzarella sliced cheese, avocados, tomatoes, mixed greens, pickles, mayonnaise, butter, salt, pepper.
One night we substituted the ground beef patties with a lovely japanese a5 wagyu steak from a friend. We cut it in half, cooked it, and added it to the burger. It was probably one of the best (if not the best) burgers that we've ever had. We ate it as soon as it was done and devoured it in just a few quick bites.
