Here's a look at the process of making watercolor baby month milestone cards. It was a fun project even though it took a while to figure out how to use the Cricut machine and visualize how to design it on Photoshop. The end result was totally worth it! The vibrant colors look so nice together. ♥

watercolor baby month milestone cards; Cricut, Photoshop, white cardstock, watercolor paper, watercolors, paintbrush, gluestick.

A bulk of the project consisted of creating the designs on Photoshop before uploading to the Cricut.

Afterward, it took several tries to figure out the right size (4.5 inches in diameter) and materials. Originally, it was going to be colored paper over the white cardstock, but watercolor paper provided a more creative option.

The rainbow colors followed the traditional Roy G. Biv, with the colors changing every two cards. It was so much fun mixing the watercolors.

The colored cards were spread out to dry with the little pieces next to them.

The cards really came together when the pieces were glued down to the white cardstock circles-- love how the colors pop against the neutral background!

Here's a look at the whole collection! We are so excited to have a beautiful new niece. ♥
