Here's a simple recipe for some delicious pork dumplings. It only requires a few ingredients and all you really need to do is eyeball it.

pork dumplings; ground pork, napa cabbage, green onions, dumpling skins, egg, corn starch, soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper.


First, mix together the ground pork, napa cabbage, and green onions-- just add as much of each as you want.


Next, crack an egg and sprinkle a little bit of corn starch. Then add soy sauce (skip the salt), sesame oil, and pepper.


After all the ingredients have been incorporated, put a spoonful of filling into the center of the dumpling skin. Put water all around the edge and seal it shut.


It takes about 7 minutes to cook in boiling water, but you can also tell when the dumplings start floating to the top. Enjoy! ♥
