Our last meal of 2019 was healthy-- maybe a little too healthy for our liking.

brussels sprouts; olive oil, lemon, salt, pepper.


To speed up the cook time on the brussels sprouts, throw them into boiling water for two minutes then drain. Coat them in olive oil lemon, salt, and pepper and bake it in the oven for ten minutes before throwing in the salmon.


wild sockeye salmon; olive oil, lemon, salt, pepper.


apple arugula salad; arugula, honeycrisp apple, tomato, cilantro, lemon, salt, pepper.
