Here are the ingredients you'll need: 1 head of cauliflower (cut or broken up into florets), 2 tablespoons dill, ⅓ cup tahini, 2 tablespoons harissa, 4 tablespoons vegetable broth, juice of 1 small lemon, 2 tablespoons olive oil, ½ teaspoon salt, pepper. You can also add pistachios and mint to garnish.

Break up the cauliflower and place it onto a large baking sheet.

Toss it with olive oil and pepper. Bake it for 30 minutes at 450°F until lightly browned and tender.

In a small bowl, mix the tahini, harissa, vegetable broth, lemon juice, and salt. After the cauliflower is done and has cooled for a few minutes, mix it together with the sauce. Garnish it with dill (and mint and crushed pistachios if you have any readily available) and enjoy! And as with all recipes, you can always add more or less of any ingredient to make it your own.
