Here's a look at some of the dishes we've made recently. We are still learning to pair ingredients and work with what's available.

israeli couscous salad; israeli couscous, tomatoes, persian cucumbers, cilantro, olive oil, salt, pepper.


rack of lamb; lamb, onions, olive oil, salt, pepper.


seared scallops and asparagus; scallops, asparagus, green onions, salt, pepper.


rosemary ribeye steak; ribeye steak, rosemary, butter, salt, pepper.



espresso coffee and cappacino ice cream; waffle cones.


roasted mediterranean cauliflower; cauliflower, pistachio, mint, dill, tahini, vegetable broth, lemon juice, olive oil, salt.


ribs two ways; pork back ribs, spicy bbq sauce, char siu sauce, maple syrup, ketchup, salt, pepper.
